Delete account

Here you can request the deletion of your Little Story account and all associated data. You don't need to be logged in.

How to request deletion

  • 1Easily: sign in and open Settings → Account → "Delete account permanently". Deletion happens immediately and automatically, right in the app.
  • 2If you can't sign in: fill out the form below. We'll process your request and delete your account and data manually.
  • 3You can also email us at hello@littlestory.ch with the subject "Delete account".

What data is deleted

  • Baby profile (name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, parent email).
  • All photos, captions and crops.
  • Milestones, monthly notes and your letter.
  • Albums, album pages and section content.
  • Your login session is ended and the access token is deleted.

Data we retain by law

  • Order and invoice data: 10 years (Swiss retention obligation).
  • Payment data is processed by Stripe (payment provider) under its own deletion logic.
  • Shipping and delivery data at Prodigi (print-on-demand) under its legal obligations.
