These terms and conditions apply to the ordering and production of personalised photo books via our application for customers with a delivery address in Switzerland and other supported delivery countries.
These conditions govern the contractual relationship between Sarah Schwarzgruber (hereinafter "the provider") and the customer for the purchase and production of a personalised photo book via the "Little Story" application.
The provider makes a web application available to the customer for designing a photo book (square hardcover, 21 × 21 cm, 48–72 pages). Once payment is received, the individually designed photo book is produced by a print-on-demand provider (Prodigi (print-on-demand, United Kingdom)) and dispatched to the specified delivery address.
The photo book is produced individually according to the customer's specifications (photos, texts, cover, layout). The customer is responsible for the quality, the rights and the content of the uploaded photos and texts.
The total price includes production and shipping costs and is shown to the customer before the order is placed. The currency depends on the delivery country. Payment is processed via a payment provider (Stripe (payment provider)). The amount is charged only after order confirmation. Multiple copies per order are possible – the total price is calculated from the unit price times the quantity.
This photo book is produced individually according to your personal wishes. A right of cancellation or return is therefore excluded once production of the personalisation has begun.
The estimated delivery time is shown to you during the ordering process. Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. Information on delivery time is non-binding unless expressly marked as binding.
In the event of defects or errors, the customer may submit a complaint via the function in the order overview. The provider reviews the complaint and responds within a reasonable period.
The provider's liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. For intent and gross negligence, the provider is liable without limitation.
The processing of personal data is governed by the separate Privacy Policy.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
